Registration FAQs

You may register online prior to the registration deadline for any New Orleans CREW event. You may pay the event fee, if any, through Google Checkout by completing the registration process outlined under Upcoming Events.

Do I have to open or sign up for a Google account to make an online payment?

Yes. If you're using Google Checkout for the first time, you only have to fill out a single page of information once to open a Google account and make your first purchase. After that, you just enter your Google Checkout login to make a purchase. There's no need to re-enter your purchase information or create multiple usernames and passwords each time you pay online.

What forms of payment are accepted online?

You can make purchases through Google Checkout using a credit, debit, or gift card. Major credit cards are accepted including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Can I cancel my registration and receive a refund after I have made an online payment?

You may cancel and receive a full refund anytime before the online registration deadline by e-mailing us at info@neworleanscrew.org and notifying us of your intent to cancel. Cancellations received after the online registration deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

Will I still be able to register after the last day to register date has passed?

Registration for the event after the online registration deadline is subject to availability and payment must be received in cash or by check at the door. An additional administrative fee of $10 will be applied to all payments collected after the last day to register.

Will I receive a discount if I am not a member of New Orleans CREW but am a member of an affiliated organization?

Yes. If you are a member of an affiliated organization, you will be given a $10.00 discount on the non-member registration fee. When registering, select "Member of Affiliated Organization" and list both your Company and Organization when completing the Registrant information.
