President
Katherine Frilot
Katherine Frilot is the Commercial Relationship Manager for Credit Human, managing the New Orleans and San Antonio markets. She has over 28 years’ experience in commercial lending and her projects include construction, State, Federal, Historic, LIHTC and Energy Tax credits, along with making impactful loans for the community.

Vanesa Sharpe
VANESSA HOWELL SHARPE is Regional Underwriting Counsel for First American Title Insurance Company of Louisiana. She graduated from Loyola University New Orleans with a Bachelor of Business
Administration and received her Juris Doctor at Loyola’s College of Law.

Elizabeth Ward is the principal owner of Ward Investments, a real estate holding company.

Ashley King
Ashley King has over two decades at Trapolin Peer Architects and brings her energy and tenacity to numerous projects. Her interest in historic preservation, which she traces from her childhood in Charleston through her Master’s degree work at Tulane University, gives her a keen eye for detail.

Tina Hebert
Tina Hebert is a Project Manager for Enhanced Capital and manages deal execution for the firm’s Impact Real Estate department. Before joining Enhanced Capital, Tina was an associate in the Real Estate Practice Group with Stone Pigman Walther Wittmann LLC. Her practice included all aspects of real estate development, financing, leasing, purchase, and sale. Tina holds her J.D. from Loyola University New Orleans and a Bachelor of Arts from Louisiana State University.

Natalie Barnes
Natalie Barnes is a Commercial Banker for First Horizon Bank. She has been in Banking for over 25 years. Natalie has an Undergraduate Degree from the University of New Orleans and a Graduate Degree in Banking.

Jessica Hardie
Jessica Hardie is a native New Orleanian, who graduated from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a concentration in Logistics & Transportation. Ms. Hardie received her Juris Doctorate and a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Law in 2003 from the Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center. She currently serves as the managing attorney of Preservation Title, where she specializes in residential and commercial real estate transactions. Ms. Hardie is licensed to practice in all Louisiana State Courts and is a Louisiana Licensed Title Agent.

​Gina is the Director of Real Estate at Green Coast Enterprises. She has managed development and construction projects ranging from new construction and rehabilitation of single-family houses to large mixed-use multifamily and commercial buildings.

Chelsea Fitzgerald
Chelsea Fitzgerald is an associate attorney at Longwell Riess, L.L.C., in the Affordable Housing and Community Development practice areas. She represents developers, lenders, and nonprofit organizations in a wide range of corporate and commercial real estate transactions, including tax credit financings for the development of affordable housing, restoration of historic buildings, and business development in low-income communities.

Sadie Thibodeaux
For over 20 years, Sadie has worked in the title insurance industry. She began her career as an agency operations manager for both local and regional underwriters. In 2011, Sadie joined First American Title as an Agency Manager.
